A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GRAPHICS

We request that any logos or other graphical elements supplied by a customer be in a vector-based format such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or CorelDRAW (.cdr).  These can be converted to .eps or .pdf files for export.  If these graphical elements are in a bitmap format (.jpg, .tif, .bmp), they cannot be manipulated or cleanly reproduced.  They also cannot be cut from vinyl.  We can convert them for you but there will be an additional charge and we cannot guarantee that colors will match exactly.

For bitmap elements such as photos, drawings or backgrounds, images copied from the internet are generally NOT high enough resolution for large format printing.  Most web graphics are 72 dpi.  For a clear, photo quality image, we need AT LEAST a 150 dpi image, with 300 dpi preferred.
