Awnings

Awnings are a great way to add a new architectural element to your building without doing any major remodeling.  They also give you a new avenue to display your company name or logo.  SIGN*A*RAMA® can custom design an awning to fit your space, or we can recover an existing frame to update your look or replace a former tenant.  We can cover our top quality frames with either fabric or vinyl.  We can even illuminate it for you so it really stands out at night.

A few cautions about awnings:

    Free standing awnings may require a building permit that you will be responsible for obtaining.

    New lighting will require an additional electrical permit.

    Advertising on an awning counts toward the total permissible footage of advertising allowed.

    Check with your property manager for permission before going forward with an awning.
